Our refund policy for online courses states that a full refund will be given if a participant decides to cancel their enrolment within seven working days of purchase. However, no refund will be given if the cancellation is not attributable to the institute, e.g., if the participant does not meet the technical requirements to access the course. In such cases, the possibility will be offered to reschedule the enrolment for a later date or to transfer the enrolment to another person.
If the person took the course, no refund will be given; if it is a multi-day course, the class(es) seen will be deducted.
Withdrawal does not entitle you to view the recorded class or course, as these are courtesy of an institute, and it is not the institute’s obligation to record or share the recording.
